I co-founded CivAIgentics with my husband, Dr. Steven Sierra Alcabes, to build the human-systems counterpart to the firm's process and technology work.
Human-systems strategy for work that has to hold.
Government contracts, municipal programs, and SMB operations fail more often on people, policy, and stakeholder alignment than on technical execution. That is the gap I close.
My background is non-linear by design. I hold a Bachelor of Music and a Master of Music in Flute Performance, disciplines that train precision, repetition under pressure, and the ability to read complex structures in real time.
I am currently completing a Master of Social Work at Walden University with a clinical track focused on veterans, active-duty service members, and military families. My research and practice apply systems theory and ecological frameworks to problems most consultancies treat as line items: trauma, reintegration, family stress, and the institutional friction that compounds them.
Technical solutions that ignore the social system around them do not hold. Steven engineers the process. I engineer the conditions under which the process actually gets used.
Outside the firm, I am the operational anchor of a blended family of nine children and a partner in our family's long-term relocation to Puerto Rico, where CivAIgentics will continue to serve clients remotely.
