Our Approach
Before I touch a keyboard, I understand the problem. Before I understand the problem, I understand the people.
The Foundation: DMAIC as Philosophy
My work is grounded in Lean Six Sigma, not as a credential, but as a way of seeing the world.
Most people think LSS is about data and statistics. They're not wrong, but that's maybe 20% of it. The harder parts are human: listening, following up, holding yourself and others accountable with empathy, understanding the culture before you try to change the process.
I'm not tied to any particular tool or vendor, including my own products. If someone else's solution serves you better, I'll tell you. If you don't need software at all, I'll tell you that too.
I use the DMAIC framework, Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control, but I don't start with Define. I start with connection. I need to understand the environment, the constraints, the resources, the unspoken rules. Only then do I move forward.
The Process
Five steps, done right, every time.
Connect
I meet your team where they are. I learn the culture, the constraints, what's been tried before, why it didn't work. No solutions yet, just listening.
Define
I clarify the actual problem, not the symptom, not the complaint, but the root. This takes longer than people expect. It's worth it.
Measure & Analyze
I believe in measuring everything. Not because data is magic, but because guessing is expensive. I figure out what's really happening.
Improve
I show you what's possible with what you already have. I work alongside your team to build solutions, not hand over recommendations and disappear.
Sustain
This is where most consultants fail. I establish SOPs, documented training, systems that outlive the project. The goal is that you don't need me anymore.
What Lean Six Sigma Actually Is
It's not just for manufacturing.
The methodology works anywhere there's a process, and there's always a process.
It's not too hard or too technical.
The technical tools are the easy part. The soft skills, communication, accountability, follow-through, are the real challenge.
It's not about massive transformation.
It's about compounding small improvements over time. Every change matters, even the ones that seem insignificant.
It's not a project, it's a philosophy.
I teach people to see the world this way. Once you do, you can't unsee it.

Every methodology I use is validated through published research from NASA, Toyota, NIH, and leading universities. I've built calculators so you can see for yourself.
Explore the Research & CalculatorsWhy This Matters for You
Every project follows the same pattern:
I understand your people and your problem
I build solutions that work with your existing resources
I measure the impact, actually measure it
I leave systems that work without me
I've done this for process optimization, strategic planning, IT service management, permitting systems, utility billing, and yes, AI deployments.
The tool changes. The thinking doesn't.
